Turn around and take the narrow Carrer des Forn behind you to the Plaça de l'Església. In the Plaça:-

(1)  Count the number of open garden windows (partially open windows don't count), then add the number of planters.

(2)  Multiply the number of closed windows (partially closed windows don't count) by the number of trees.

(3)  Deduct the sum of (1) from the sum of (2). This is the answer.
